The way we conduct our day to day activities determines a lot. Lifestyle simply revolves around food, travel, clothing and all basic necessities. Lifestyles are determined by ones financial status and general attitude towards life. Normally, everything has its rewards; positive and negative.
When we take food as an example, most people with high living standards take junk foods. The positive reward of this junk foods could be the way they increase one’s body size. The negative is how they reduce one’s lifespan and increase the chances of acquiring deadly diseases like cancer. In conclusion, we should all limit ourselves to lifestyles that have more positive impacts than dangers.
